개인정보처리방침 (한국어)
시행일: 2026년 9월 11일 (최초 시행 2026년 7월 22일, 광고 도입·동영상 촬영 추가에 따라 개정)
안찰칵(이하 "앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 존중하며, 다음과 같이 처리 방침을 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱 개발자는 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
- 계정·회원가입이 없습니다.
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 사용자를 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 개발자가 운영하는 서버가 없으며, 사용 통계나 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
다만 앱 운영을 위해 마지막 사진 확인 화면에 배너 광고 한 개가 표시되며(1.2.0 버전부터), 광고를 받아 오는 과정에서 광고 제공사인 구글이 아래 4항의 정보를 수집합니다.
2. 사진·동영상의 처리
- 촬영한 사진과 동영상은 사용자 기기의 사진 보관함에만 저장됩니다. 동영상의 소리(마이크 녹음)도 영상 파일의 일부로 같은 곳에만 저장됩니다.
- 사진·동영상 처리는 전부 기기 안에서만 이루어지며, 외부로 전송되거나 개발자를 포함한 제3자에게 공유되는 일은 없습니다. 광고 SDK는 사진·동영상·마이크에 접근하지 않습니다.
3. 권한 사용
앱은 다음 권한만을 사용하며, 각 권한은 명시된 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

광고를 받아 오기 위한 인터넷 통신에는 별도 권한이 필요하지 않습니다. 앱은 위치 권한과 앱 추적 허용(ATT)을 요청하지 않습니다.
4. 광고와 제3자 처리 (국외 이전 포함)
앱은 광고 표시를 위해 Google LLC의 광고 서비스(Google AdMob)를 사용합니다. 광고가 표시될 때 구글이 다음 정보를 수집·처리합니다.

- 앱은 앱 추적 허용(ATT)을 요청하지 않으므로 광고 식별자(IDFA)는 제공되지 않으며, 광고는 사용자의 다른 앱·웹 활동에 기반하지 않는 비맞춤 광고로 표시됩니다.
- 구글은 자체 개인정보처리방침과 관련 법령에 따라 이 방침과 동등한 수준으로 정보를 보호할 의무를 집니다.
- 개발자는 이 정보를 받거나 보관하지 않으므로 개발자 측에 삭제할 데이터가 없습니다. 구글이 보유한 정보의 열람·삭제는 위 구글 개인정보 문의 창구로 요청할 수 있으며, 8항의 이메일로 도움을 요청하셔도 됩니다.

5. 맞춤 광고를 원하지 않을 때
앱은 기본적으로 맞춤형이 아닌 광고를 표시합니다. 기기 차원에서 추가로 제한하려면 iPhone의 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 "앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용"을 끄고, 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > Apple 광고에서 맞춤형 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 표시되는 광고는 전체 이용가 등급으로 제한하도록 설정되어 있습니다.
7. 방침의 변경
처리 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지를 통해 고지하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.
- 2026년 9월 11일 — 동영상 촬영 추가에 따라 2항을 사진·동영상으로 넓히고 3항 권한 표에 마이크 행 추가. 소리는 영상 파일의 일부로 기기 보관함에만 저장됩니다.
- 2026년 9월 7일 — 광고(구글 애드몹) 도입에 따라 1항·4항·5항·6항 개정. 4항에 이전 시기·거부 방법·보유 기간·열람·삭제 요청 안내, 8항에 개인정보 보호책임자 추가.
- 2026년 7월 22일 — 최초 시행.

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy describes how Anchalkak (안찰칵, "the app") handles your information.
1. Data We Collect
The developer does not collect personal information directly.
- There are no accounts or sign-ups.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other information that identifies you.
- The developer operates no server and uses no analytics tools.
To support the app, a single banner ad is shown on the last-photo review screen (starting with version 1.2.0). When an ad is loaded, the ad provider, Google, collects the information described in section 4.
2. Photos
- Photos you take are saved only to the photo library on your device.
- All photo processing happens on-device. Your photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone, including the developer. The ads SDK has no access to your photos.
3. Permissions
The app uses only the following permissions, each solely for the stated purpose.

Loading ads requires network access, which needs no separate permission. The app does not request location access or App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
4. Advertising and Third Parties (including cross-border transfer)
The app uses Google AdMob, an advertising service of Google LLC, to display ads. When an ad is shown, Google collects and processes the following.

- Because the app does not request ATT permission, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared and ads are non-personalized: they are not based on your activity in other apps or websites.
- Google is obligated, under its own privacy policy and applicable law, to protect this data to a standard equivalent to this policy.
- The developer never receives or stores this data, so there is nothing for the developer to delete. To access or delete data held by Google, use Google's privacy inquiry form linked above; you may also email us (section 8) for help.

5. Limiting Ad Personalization
The app shows non-personalized ads by default. To restrict further at the device level, on your iPhone go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising to turn off Personalized Ads.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children, and ads are configured to be limited to a general-audience content rating.
7. Changes to This Policy
Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
- September 11, 2026 — Section 2 broadened to photos and videos and a microphone row added to the permissions table in section 3, for the new video mode. Audio is stored only as part of the video file in the device photo library.
- September 7, 2026 — Sections 1, 4, 5 and 6 revised for the introduction of ads (Google AdMob). Section 4 expanded with timing, refusal, retention and access/deletion details; privacy officer added to section 8.
